Our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your BreathiZen purchase, you may request a refund within 60 days of your original purchase date. This applies to all package sizes, including the 2-bottle, 3-bottle, and 6-bottle options.

How to Request a Refund

1. Contact our support team at contact@customercs.com within 60 days of your purchase date.
2. Include your order number and the email or name used at checkout so we can locate your order.
3. Our support team will confirm your refund eligibility and walk you through the next steps, which may include returning unused product.

Refund Processing

Once your refund request is confirmed, refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow your financial institution a reasonable number of business days to reflect the refund on your statement after it has been processed.

What Is Covered

• All BreathiZen package sizes purchased directly through the Site's checkout, operated by our retailer, BuyGoods
• Requests submitted within 60 days of the original purchase date

What Is Not Covered

• Requests submitted after the 60-day window has closed
• Purchases made through unauthorized third-party sellers or resellers not affiliated with this Site
• Shipping charges on the original order, where applicable, unless the order arrived damaged or incorrect

Order Cancellations
